A gold wooden shadowbox that features salvaged paper sculpture. Part of a series of hand painted shadow boxes containing abstract forms inspired by body adornments of cultures around the world. The abstract dowel shapes inside are sculpted in a papier mache pulp of salvaged paper, then painted and finished for an artifact vibe. Ready to hang using hardware attached. This piece is part of my "Fixtures" series- check back soon for more.
