Shadow Box Heart Keepsake, Paper Mache Heart with Newspaper Wings: Temperate
A framed paper mache heart with wings and the phase "love has wings". A mixed media shadow box that features a handsculpted papier mache heart with dimensional newspaper wings. Sculpted by me from a pulp of recycled paper, then painted and glazed for the crackled effect you see. The wings are made up of "feathers" cut from newspaper. Finished with the phrase "love has wings" floating underneath. Mounted into a wooden shadow box frame that I handpainted to complement the sculpture inside. Hang this little piece anywhere you want to add a little love (hanging hardware is attached to the back). A sweet gift for yourself or for someone else.

Recycling and conservation is important to me. Unless otherwise indicated, ALL of my papier mache items are made from recycled paper and other reclaimed materials, not preshredded storebought mache.
