All of my item listings include size and color information, in addition to item descriptions. However, if you have questions or concerns about an item, please contact me (be sure to indicate specifically which item(s) you are inquiring about) prior to purchasing, and I will do my best to provide whatever information I can to help you make an informed purchase.

Custom orders/commissions/wholesale: For special orders, I create a reserved listing for you to add to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout as with ready to ship orders. For orders under $100, payment in full is required prior to start of the project. For projects over $100, I require a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to starting to allow me to purchase materials for your project. Your deposit funds your project. In transactions involving deposits, once the project is complete, I will invoice you for the remaining balance. Custom orders ship once final balance payments/transactions are completed/posted.

Accepted forms of payments are major credit cards, debit cards with major credit card logos, Paypal, or the gift cards sold in this shop.
Also, you may notice a field that asks for "Security Number".
This is also known as the (often 3-4 digit) CVV, CVN, or CVC. For your protection, checkout with a credit card requires this code to verify that you are the actual cardholder. The number can be found on the front or back of your card, depending on which major credit card you are using.
If you opt to submit payment via Paypal, your payment is processed through their secure checkout.
Please note, if you select "eCheck" payment via Paypal, there is a processing time of 7-10 days before your payment posts. Once Paypal completes this processing, your order will ship. Other forms of payment submitted through Paypal typically process instantly.

Gift cards Electronic gift cards in amounts from $10 to $300 are available here. An electronic gift card with a unique code is emailed (within 24 hours of payment clearance) to your recipient. Alternately, a printed certificate may be mailed (via USPS) to the recipient for an additional $3.00 fee. Gift cards for this shop may be applied to one purchase or used for multiple purchases until they reach a $0 balance. Lost or stolen gift cards may be replaced for the value remaining on the card, if any. Contact me with the recipient name associated with the card to allow me to void the original card code and provide a new gift card code and balance via email. There will be a $3.00 fee to mail a replacement gift card via USPS. Find gift cards here.

Orders are shipped via USPS, and can be tracked on the USPS website.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout (expedited fees apply) for items
up to 13 oz.. Orders weighing 1 lb or more automatically ship Priority
(due to carrier terms) with no extra fees.
All orders ship within 48 hours of receipt/successful payment posting. Customers receive a shipment notification with tracking number (or customs form number for international orders) when orders ship. You can track your order by pasting your tracking number into the USPS website. In the event your payment is held by your financial institution, I will inform you, and ship once the payment successfully posts.

Fees for shipping upgrades will apply. I offer free shipping within the US, and flat rate shipping for international customers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on ship-to address and type of delivery chosen.

Whenever possible, I try to use clean, attractive recycled packaging for shipping orders. I recycle and hope you will too! The exception is orders which include gift wrapping, for which I use new materials.
