Terms of wholesale for items available in this shop are as follows:
Order quantities
-Retail merchants are offered a discounted rate of 50% off the listed price (subject to change) of items in this store.
-The required minimum for opening orders is $100. For reorders, the required minimum is $50.
-New line sheets will soon be available for retailers. If you are interested in an item that does not offer the quantities you require for immediate purchase, please contact me to find out whether additional units can be created.
-Wholesale discounts do not apply to discontinued merchandise, unless terms have been discussed to recreate quantities of a discontinued item.
Payment
-Accepted forms of payment for wholesale orders include Paypal and all major credit cards.
-Merchants who agree to terms by completing the form and clicking the "I AGREE" button are given a unique wholesaler code to enter in the promo box at checkout. The discount is applied when the unique code is entered.
Shipping and returns
-Orders on ready-to-ship stock ship within 48 hours of payment.
-Orders on made-to-order merchandise: time frames are typically specified within product descriptions, but if you have inquired about quantities not available in the shop, I will specify turnaround time to complete and ship the order in our communication.
-A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when the order has shipped.
-Orders within the continental US are shipped free of charge.
-Orders must be inspected upon arrival and any damage reported by contacting me through this shop.
-Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (withheld from the refund amount).
-Wholesale returns are accepted in new, undamaged condition up to 60 days from delivery.
-All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer/merchant returning the goods to me. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation services are highy recommended to ensure items return safely to facilitate completion of your refund.
